When necessary, the images and scanned files can have a bates stamp electronically imprinted on the image.  We shrink the images slightly to ensure that the bates stamp does not cover any of the original image.  You can specify where you want the bates stamp located on the images, size, and font type.  Additional stamps, (CONFIDENTIAL,

FOR ATTORNEY'S EYES ONLY, etc.) can be added as well.

Electronic Bates Labeling eliminates the human errors that are contributed with hand bates labeling.  With Electronic Bates Labeling, you are assured that all pages run sequentially, without gaps, duplicates, or the need for "A" pages.
