Doctor B has had a nice sized practice for the last ten years. Doctor B is looking for an effective solution for all the inactive patient files. These files take up quite a bit of space around the office. Doctor B has considered off-site storage, but would like easy access to the files. Reality Systems picks up the files from Doctor B's office. Reality Systems prepares these files for scanning, scans and indexes them according to Doctor B's specifications, while following HIPAA guidelines. Doctor B does not want to invest a lot of money into a retrieval system. Reality Systems easily converts all of Doctor B's patient files into PDF documents and burns these to CD. Reality Systems delivers the CD's to Doctor B's office. Doctor B would still like to keep the original patient files in storage and thus calls on Reality's services once more. Doctor B rests easy, secure in the knowledge that the patient files could be easily accessed and the originals are safely stored away in Reality large warehouse.
