Law Firm F is a large law firm that specializes in litigation. Law Firm F has a great need to organize its hundreds of thousands of pages for trial. Law Firm F has invested in a litigation support software that allows them to view their documents and run searches. Law Firm F needs a company that can work with this software and turn to Reality Systems. Reality Systems picks up the files from Law Firm F. Reality Systems prepares the documents for scanning, scans and indexes them according the Law Firm F's specifications. Reality Systems reassembles the documents the exactly as they were when Reality received them. Reality Systems runs the images through an OCR engine so the images are text searchable. If the documents are being produced, Reality Systems assigns them a unique bates label and brands the electronic image with this label. Reality Systems creates load files so the images, the ocr text, and the indexed information can be loaded into Law Firm F's litigation support software. Reality Systems burns the images and the load files onto a CD. Reality Systems delivers the CD and the original documents back to Law Firm F. When Law Firm F needs hard copies of the images, Reality Systems blows them back. These can be delivered to Law Firm F or their opposing counsel. When Law Firm F needs to produce documents to the opposing counsel, Reality Systems can easily create load files to load the images, ocr text, and indexed information (if applicable) into the opposing counsel's litigation support software. Reality Systems handles all aspects of Law Firm F's current trial.
