Document coding or indexing is the
process of capturing specific information about each document. That
data is then entered into a database and allows you to perform searches for
the retrieval of those documents.
DOCUMENT INDEXING
This is the process of converting the
paper document into a digital representation. This "electronic
photocopy" will enable you to view the documents within the database and to
retrieve them using our document imaging system, or yours.

DOCUMENT PREPARATION
Document disassembly is the process of
removing all binding elements such as paperclips, rubber banks, staples, and
binder clips. Bar coded document separator sheets are used to maintain
the unitization of each document, as well as capture data.
