The process of collecting data from optical marks (bubbles, checkboxes, barcodes, etc.) on plain paper forms. This is the fastest and most accurate of entering data from surveys, tests, time sheets, evaluations, ballots, questionnaires, inventory sheets, and more. When access to complete text is required, we can provide you with computer readable and searchable text via OCR (optical character recognition). We can provide you with a Microsoft Word document, an ASCII text document, or an embedded Adobe Acrobat PDF document.
