  CAPTURE
Real Imaging Pro's capture software allows you to set up and save all of your settings per job, so all you have to do is sit down and start scanning.  You can scan in black and white, grayscale, or color, and up to 600 dpi.
Real Imaging Pro's customized indexing package allows you to set up all the retrieval fields you require.  For increased accuracy, you can set up a double-key index to ensure that all of your indexing data is correct.

Real Imaging Pro's retrieval is tied directly into your scanning and indexing application.  Once you select the application you want, you can start retrieving by the fields you have created.  You can perform query searches, print, fax, or email documents, and much more.
