Law Firm E is a small, local law firm dealing with the legal issues of its town residents--wills, estate planning, contracts, divorces, etc. Law Firm E has hundreds of boxes in the basement of its office. Law Firm E would like to reduce the number of boxes it has while having a useful way of retrieval the files. After researching the possible retrieval systems out there, Law Firm E settled on a retrieval system that met its needs. Law Firm E turned to Reality Systems to fill the rest of its needs. Reality Systems picks up the boxes from Law Firm E. Reality Systems prepares the documents for scanning, scans and indexes them according to Law Firm E's specifications. Reality Systems creates load files so the images and indexed information can be loaded into Law Firm E's retrieval system. Reality burns the images and the load files onto a CD and delivers it to Law Firm E. The original boxes stay at Reality Systems until Law Firm E is ready for destruction.
